Privacy policy

Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and section 2 of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the protection data – hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) we would like to inform you that:

 

  • The administrator of your personal data is Nexus-Group LTD with its registered office in 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, England, W1W 7LT, Company number 13454330.

  • Your personal data will be processed in order to represent and conduct the entrusted case as part of the performance of the debt collection mandate contract.

  • The processing of your personal data is based on the legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting in undertaking all representation activities.

  • The processing of your personal data is based on the consent given in writing (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

  • The processing of your personal data takes place on the basis of an agreement to commission debt collection activities (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

  • Your personal data will be transferred to all other entities representing the Debtor, legal advisors and attorneys appointed by the Administrator as proxies, and legal advisor and attorney trainees. To the extent specified by applicable law, your personal data may also be transferred to competent state authorities.

  • Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its completion until the expiry of the limitation period for property claims arising therefrom, unless the currently applicable regulations provide for the right or obligation to store them for a longer period.

  • You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, and the right to object. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent.

  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

  • Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide the data will make it impossible to accept the commissioned case.
